Please read this policy and the Food License Portal terms and conditions carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, with respect to any purchase or Hire Specialist for Fssai Registration License services .
We make every effort to hire experts for you in time and also that Experts provide the service to you as per the specifications and timelines, however if, due to any reason, Experts are unable to provide you with assistance services other than consultancy services, such as Assistance in drafting and applications, which you can request from them, then you shall be entitled to a full refund which shall be subject on the following situations:
1. The Refund shall be only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service from Specialist.
2.If a customer has made a payment for a service and subsequently requests a refund solely due to a change of mind, an inadvertent application, or for any other non valid reasons without any fault, defect, or responsibility on the part of the Food License Portal and Specialists, the refund request will not be entertained.
3.Refund requests shall not be entertained after the work(Application Form, Submission on govt portal and License) has been shared by experts with you in the event of change of mind or an inadvertent application, or for any other reasons without any fault , defect, or responsibility on the part of the Experts; and
4.Refund requests shall not be entertained in condition if you want services other than Registration License (State License and Central License) From Experts. However, we shall give you the option of adjusting the amount paid by you, for an State License and Central License service ( which cost extra 3500/- excluding Govt. fees
5.If the request for a refund has been raised 30 (thirty) days after the purchase of a service or product has been completed and the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the work has been completed by experts, then, such refund request shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.
6.If the request for the refund has been approved by Food License Portal, the same shall be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund process could take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.
7.In scenarios involving clerical errors attributed to experts, spanning but not limited to spelling inaccuracies, address disparities, and other common inaccuracies inherent in human activities, it is expressly acknowledged that corrective measures shall be undertaken by the experts without incurring additional costs. Nevertheless, it is underscored that no refund shall be issued under such circumstances.
8.Refunds will not be issued in cases where the delivery of services extends beyond 24 working hours due to user-related shortcomings, such as insufficient document submission, failure to provide essential information, lack of credentials for renewals, additional document requirements, or any other factors that impede experts' ability to provide services. This policy also applies when there are issues with the government portal.

10.We will not be considered in breach of Satisfaction Guarantee policy or in default under any service terms, and we will not be liable to the client for any disruption, interruption, or delay in the execution of our commitments due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, lightning, droughts, avalanches, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, acts of God, public enemy, epidemics, famines, court or government actions, changes in law, explosions, wars, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strikes, lockouts, boycotts, or similar events, whether anticipated or unforeseen (each referred to as a "Force Majeure Event").
11.Foodlicenseportal.org strives to make every effort to engage or establish communication with specialists within 24-48 hours. However, there may be instances when the process takes longer, potentially exceeding 15 days, depending on the availability of experts. In the event that the process of services has not commenced or communication has not been provided within 15 days of payment, a full refund is available. These services are provided based on user demand.
12.If a specialist has shared an application draft before 15 days, refund will not be considered

14.If the client provides a 'Registration License' for renewal but the license has already expired, no refund shall be issued. A 'Registration License' can be renewed within 30-45 days before expiration and up to 6 months after expiry, subject to government rules. However, if the renewal is applied after the expiry date, government late fees/penalties will be applicable, which the client must bear separately. If the license remains unrenewed beyond the allowed grace period, a new registration application must be submitted as per the applicable regulations. The payment made for renewal services will not be adjusted or refunded in such cases.
15.In certain cases, after the application has been submitted or during the inspection process, the FSSAI officer may advise that your business requires a different category of license—such as a State License or Central License—instead of the initially applied category (e.g., Basic License). This classification is solely at the discretion of the FSSAI authority and is based on factors such as the scale of operations, turnover, and nature of the business. Our role is limited to preparing and filing the application based on the information and documents provided by you for fssai registration license. Once the service has been completed and the application has been filed by our team or assigned specialists, the professional work is deemed to be fully delivered. Therefore, if the officer later recommends a different license type and the initial application becomes inapplicable or requires changes, no refund shall be issued in such cases, as the scope of work contracted has already been fulfilled.
16. Upon receipt of payment, our system sends a confirmation email requesting verification of service details. If the client replies to this email with confirmation—either by explicitly approving the information, documents, or by requesting to proceed with the same service for which payment was made—it shall be deemed as final consent to initiate the service process. Such confirmation, whether received via email, message, WhatsApp, or any other electronic mode (excluding phone calls), shall be treated as valid and binding. The first confirmation received from the client shall be treated as final and binding. Any subsequent confirmations, modifications, or contradictory communications will not be considered or acted upon. Once such confirmation is received, the service shall be considered as "commenced," and our system will begin to assign the appropriate expert(s) as per the submitted information form. Accordingly, no refund requests shall be entertained after such confirmation has been received, regardless of whether the client subsequently fails to provide documents, information, or cooperation required to complete the process. Excuses provided after confirmation—such as the payment was made by mistake, lack of required documents, or any similar claims—shall not be accepted as valid grounds for cancellation or refund. All essential information, including service scope, document requirements, and terms, are clearly communicated in our Terms & Conditions and at each stage of the process to ensure transparency and client awareness. If the client does not respond to the confirmation email within seven (7) days of payment, and no service has been initiated or expert assigned, the client remains eligible to request a refund—but only if the refund is explicitly requested within this 7-day window. If no confirmation is received and no refund is requested within those 7 days, the refund window will automatically close, and no further refund claims shall be accepted. If the client asks for a refund within those 7 days—through any mode like WhatsApp, message, or email—and clearly mentions not to proceed further, we process the refund without any issue.
